Staying Put and Infrastructure Improvements

Voting "No Thanks" last month paid off.  From the Scottish government:

"A £3.5 billion investment by Scottish Water will ensure it continues to provide one of the best value for money water services in the UK, Deputy First Minster Nicola Sturgeon said today.
The publicly owned company is starting a six-year programme, backed by £720 million of borrowing from the Scottish Government.
The investment work will support 5,000 construction jobs and will improve drinking water supplies, protect the environment and support the economy."
